All my licenses gone of the game

Not a Bug

I remember so clearly I bought the game and played it with my friends on my PlayStation. I even have the hours on it registered in but in my transaction history it says I dont have the license and that the game is locked on PlayStation. I even bought the game on steam but it's gone now I'll attach proof that I have hours in it but can someone help?
