Lost connection to server/host

I’ve tried everything short of deleting and redownloading the game. I’ve power cycled both my ps5 and my router. I’ve had my friend reset the server. I can’t join any server and haven’t been able to for 4 days. No matter what I try, every server does the same loop of “joining” and “lost connection, attempting to reconnect”. I’ve got 366 hours in this game and never had an issue that lasted this long.

Hello, Engineers!


We're asking everyone affected by the issue to please submit logs.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Attempt to join a server
  • Press triangle on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Pause Menu
  • Open section Report issue
  • Fill up email address (required) and description (please put "EOS issue" there)
  • Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  • Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it

Thank you for the reply, I have attempted to join a server and submitted a report. The first sentence is ‘When I attempt to join any server, the joining game text box will appear followed shortly with the “lost connection to host/server.”’
