Playstation 5 cant connect to dedicated Nitrado Server

Hi, since 2 days im not able to join my DS from my PS5.

I´ve tryed every hint, tip and solution i have found. Also Nitrado moved the Server to another HW.

I can finde the Server ion my PS but than the join message never ends.

Also my PS4 cant join. From my PC i can join and everthing is finde.

Crossplay is activated an before Monday it has worked well.

No config changes done so far.

I´ve already read very much similary issue posts. Is there any workaround?

Same Problem Here. Cant Join any Server from the Serverlist. No DS Server, No official KeenServers.

Keeps saying Joyning Game, and after several minutes, lost Connection to serverHost, reconnecting. Thats it.

It is still not possible to join any official or dedicated server from the server list. Keeps saying Joyning Game.

Are there any updates on your work with Nitrado? When can we expect a solution?

Hello, Engineers!


We're asking everyone affected by the issue to please submit logs.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  • Attempt to join a server
  • Press triangle on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Pause Menu
  • Open section Report issue
  • Fill up email address (required) and description (please put "EOS issue" there)
  • Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  • Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it

keen software sure loves shoving these problems off onto the players it is nuts on how much we have to go through after we've paid for your game I myself have submitted report after report after report probably 80 times now and you guys come up with new and different reasons to have me keep doing it and then push the blame off onto my side no it's you guys you keep screwing which stuff and not taking responsibility for it
