Solved

Hello I picked up the new signals pack and decorative pack 2 on the same day and time on ps4. I now have a ps 5, the decorative pack has successfully carried over, but it's shows the signals pack as having to be repurchased. I downloaded the PS4 version on the PS5 and both dlc's work fine. But no so on the ps4 version of the game. I contacted playstation support (notoriously less than helpful) and they of course directed me to you.

Auto correct spelling error it Was supposed to say "not so on the ps5 version of the game"
