Yes Do you know about the game freezes when saving , or going on the blueprint screen the game freezes for a minute do you know the fix or why it happens.

Could you please tell us how much cloud space do you have available? You should be able to see that in the Workshop Browser in the bottom right corner. Currently it's limited to 3Gb and actions that interact with the cloud storage could take a second if you're close to the limit.
