Ps4 play for a bit and crashes
Won't Fix
So after this latest update I've run into a consistent crashing issue where it not only freezes and crashes the game but it crashes my playstation as well. Both playstation and game are updated and roughly 400 gb of free space. Not sure what keeps causing the issue but it is frequent. Happens roughly every ten min of playtime. Could use feedback please.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please tell us if the crashes happen when playing in Single Player or Multiplayer? Do you use mods or play on servers with mods? Do you receive an error message of any kind?

Single player no mods not even sure ps4 can do mods. Def no scripts, umm I've had less issues if I build really slowly and don't use the mirror function but that leads to an issue of blocks not lining up right. Still really like the game I just want to occasionally build spaceships lol I'm a nerd nit even sure if survival or multi-player appeals to me figured it was a problem on my end not the game just wondering if you have tips to fix for quality reasons the error message is a system error cause it crashes the ps4 when I exit the game after a crash or freeze. It says to update the system software but it is updated figure it just can't handle the process which I get being a console player I know our power compared to pc sucks but im just a hobby gamer after work so ...

I’ve run into the same thing. It’s getting to the point where I can’t play. It’s frustrating and it really kills any thought process you were having about a build in creative, and multiplayer survival isn’t an option if a player is crashing constantly. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the crashes. MP or Solo, creative or Survival. Large grids or small.
