Trophy "Explorer" does not drop, stuck at 50%

Solved

6 months ago I wrote and did not receive a response

"Explorer" does not work yet - I have already visited all the planets and I still have 50% completed and that's it, I accumulated these 50% at the very beginning when the "Master Engineer" trophy was still working and I then accumulated 7% as soon as it broke this one also stopped working, you fixed "Master Engineer" but "Explorer" did not work or maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I landed on all the planets through a new game in survival mode

I landed completely, got out of the capsule every time. Now I'll check again after landing on all the planets

Here, I have visited everyone now, I was leaving the capsule. Started with "Home System", then was on "Remote Moons" and ended up on "Aliens". As it was 50%, it’s worth it, I made these 50% at the start of the game as described above before the bug with saves

Today I wrote

Good afternoon. You still haven't solved the problem with the Explorer trophy. It's been half a year, several updates, and I still haven't received the trophy. I visited all the planets and moons several more times and there was no result.

Hello, Engineer!

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing the issue.

Let's try the following steps:

  1. Select your profile picture from the home screen, and then select Trophies.
  2. Press the options button, and then select Sync with PlayStation Network.
  3. Start the game
  4. Start the "Чужие планеты" Custom game and select Pertam drop pod, wait for the pod to land fully
  5. Press triangle on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  6. Open section Report issue
  7. Fill up email address (required, you can use the same as in your profile on this portal) and description (optional)
  8. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  9. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it

We will take a look at the logs and recommend the steps to take afterwards.

Thank you.

Hello, Engineer!

Understood, thank you for the information. Let's try to force synchronization another way. In the PlayStation UI please go into Settings->System Software Update. Checking for updates should force a synchronization of all data, including trophies, with PlayStation Network.

After taking those steps please send another log, this time please use another world and planet, for example Home System and Mars.

Thank you.

Good afternoon.

Done, I checked for system updates and launched a new game, landed on Mars, exited the capsule and sent a report to you.

I indicated the same email as yesterday

Hello, Engineer!

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to have worked either. Seems like the only remaining option we can recommend is a complete reinstallation of the game.

Please try reinstalling the game and spawning on each planet in Distant Worlds, Distant Moons and Home System custom worlds without using Admin Tools.

We'd like to reiterate that the achievement is obtainable on our side, we've verified it multiple times while working on your ticket.

Thank you for your patience.

that is, should I delete the game and install a new one, then launch a new game and land on all possible planets and satellites in the capsule, and so on every time for each planet? Can I not delete my old saves? what other conditions must be fulfilled?

I will do this: I delete the game, launch a new game for each planet without touching anything in the settings at all, land on the planet, exit the game and launch a new game and another planet. I'm going to try now.

It worked for me before and I managed to reach 50% of progress until an update happened in the summer that broke the trophy, so I had to play for another 150+ hours. I wrote to you then and you fixed the trophy for 150+ hours in the game and 1 hour in multiplayer mode unnoticed, but this one never worked, I checked after every game update was released

reinstalled the game, synchronized the prizes with PSN, visited all the planets through New Game, exited the capsule every time. Nothing has changed - also 50% =(

sent a report on the last planet when he landed.

Are there any other options?

Hello, Engineer!

We have received your last logs. Unfortunately it seems like we have only one radical step left to recommend, complete deletion of saved data for the game.

If you wish to retain any specific save files, we recommend publishing them to mod.io first.

After you have published all saves you want to retain, please go into PlayStation UI Settings/ Storage/Console Storage/Saved Data and remove all saved data for Space Engineers. This will remove cloud blueprings, scripts, saves and in-game settings.

After this step please try obtaining the achievement without changing any settings(including language) from default if possible.

Thank you for your continuous cooperation and your patience, we really appreciate it.

Good afternoon, Developers!

Deleting all saves helped me!!! =)))

Thank you very much!

My steps to solve the problem:

1. Deleted the game.

2. Deleted all saves.

3. Installed the game and before launching the game, I synchronized the trophies with PSN.

4. Without changing any settings, I flew to each planet in turn, left the cockpit and, just in case, clicked on the screen of the module that restores lives.

5. When I went to the menu, I made sure to save.

They gave me the trophy when I simply appeared in the capsule on the last planet (it was Pertam) while still in flight to it, that is, I didn’t even win.

Thank you very much again!
