Missing dlc from ultimate ps5

I purchase the ultimate edition on ps5 1 day ago and all dlc says purchased except Dec block #3. In the description of the ultimate edition it clearly shows each dlc available in the playstation store and its all of them. I've contacted playstation I've restored licenses deleted and reinstalled still Dec block #3 ask for 5.99
