Grass texture bug

My friend world suddenly started having grass texture bug everywhere where you go after the newest update. This affects when you are near the grass But when you go high in the sky, it will turn normal but instantly When you go back to the ground the same texture bug back starts.

It's a custom game (home system) with no mods or any other modification. Game is set to (friends) so my friend is the host.
