Mouse not working with PS4 version

I bought the game today and when I tried using my M&K with the game I was able to use my keyboard to move and look around but my mouse wasn't working in the menu or in-game. My mouse is a corsair sabre rgb pro (Wired). It was picked up by the console and I have used it in other games (fortnite) but it isn't registering any signals from my mouse.

I've somewhat figured out where the issue lies. I plugged in a different mouse and it seems to be working so it's something to do with the Corsair mouse however I don't want to use this other mouse so it would be great if this was something that could be fixed by the developers.

Hello Engineer,

Is the mouse working in the PlayStation menus?

Could you try disabling the controller while using keyboard and mouse and checking if that helps?

The mouse pointer doesn't show on my PlayStation home screen or quick menu however neither does my other mouse. Another note: I have used the mouse for other games including Fortnite.

The controller was disconnected the entire time as I can still navigate the PlayStation home screen using my keyboard

it seems to work if I plug in the mouse and keyboard after launching the game. Thanks for the help
