Steering inverts when center of mass changes.

This appears to be a resurfaced bug very much similar to one previously found on the PC version . It was previously submitted for PC by user Local Yokel here.
All steps stated in Local Yokel's thread have been repeated on PS5 with minor tweaks, while concluding with the same results.
