My ship fell through the floor

Hi I’m righting you because I landed my ship on my friends floor and it sunk into the floor and then freaked out when I was trying to get it out and destroyed itself this game is broken and I want my ship back or something because I lost it to the broken game..

We are aware of possibility of ships sinking through the floor. We will add your report to our internal system.
In the meantime you can ask our server administrators for assistance with immediate issues like teleporting a stuck grid out of the voxel.
