During this mission I arrive at the ship building area and as soon as I get there the framework floats of and eventually disappears

We think we know what the issue is, but please feel free to correct us. The ship frame is not locked to the grid of the ship building base in any way. So touching it with the player's body or a ship will make it move. It is possible it can even float away.
Or is the issue different? Does the frame float away every time you reach the ship building base without you touching it? If the latter, would it be possible to submit a video of the issue?
