Endless Connection Problems & Streaming Loop

When connecting to a server, you are given the errors of “Connection Problem” in the top right screen in the red box. And “streaming” in the middle of the screen. This last for up to an hour before finally being able too play for thirty minutes before it “loops” again leaving the server unplayable due to the tremendous amount of rubber banding that occurs server wide for all its players
