Saving Issue - Playstation 5

Cameron Atkins shared this bug 18 months ago
Solved

Hi,

Since the latest hotfix for the PlayStation 5 version of the game, my game worlds are unable to save and I cannot create any worlds for the scenarios.

The message that pops ups reads:

"There is not enough space for the operation. Please, remove some saved games or blueprints and try again."

I have 2 saves (one for my survival and one for my creative) and only 3 blueprints. Together, that comes to 6.0MB of data for saves. I also have plenty of storage on my Playstation.

Please could this be looked into ASAP as I really enjoy building and playing this game and not saving is preventing me.

Kind Regards,

Cameron Atkins

P.S. Is there any news regarding dedicated servers for Playstation? Thanks again

Hello Engineer,

We're aware of the issue where deleting saved games in-game doesn't remove them from Console Storage. Please verify that's the issue you're experiencing.

Please verify how much Space Engineers saved data is taking. You can do that via Playstation Settings/Storage/Console Storage/Saved Data/Delete

If the total exceeds 1.08Gb, you can delete some saves from this menu manually.

Thank you.
