Assembler Disabled error / refinery issue

Reference: Space Engineers
The basic Assembler has power and sufficient raw materials however, when attempting to craft, the que box message lists the craftable object as disabled. Unable to craft despite having met the criteria to do so.
The basic refinery, having both power and raw materials, will not refine. No error appears.
We have two copies of this game on two different ps5's & playstation+. This is happening on only one of the accounts.
My sons had me spend $132 on this game and its been a very frustrating experience.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you plying in single player or multiplayer? Would it be possible to publish a save or a blueprint of the grid that's giving you issues to mod.io and share a link in this thread? That would help us reproduce the issue on our side.
