Can't connect to EOS server

Dear Keen,

we are building a crossplay environment on Serverblend and we implemented some mods from mod.io

Extract from the sandbox_config.sbc:

after that, the server rises without any error.

After we implemented these the game asked us to accept the terms from mod.io (we followed this guide)

after that, we remain in login attempt to the server but what is very strange is that this behaviour is the same for every EOS server and is the same on PS5 and PC.

Could you please help us understand what happened to our game instances?

No same problem it remains joining on all the EOS servers on mine i can see that i result pending for some reason( log attached) but i remark this appen on all servers and the friend of mine who's tring to connect from PS5 has tried to reinstall the game and had the same isseu

  3. Update Mods: Confirm that you have the latest versions of the mods installed. Mod authors frequently release updates to address bugs and compatibility issues. Check the mod.io platform or the respective mod pages for any available updates and install them.
  4. Remove Mods Temporarily: Temporarily remove the mods from the server and try connecting without them. This will help determine if the issue is specifically related to the mods or if there might be another underlying cause.
