"server host left the game" PS5 version on official servers Keen EU-EOS #1 after update

Hello,
since i downloaded the update yesterday, I can't join any official server anymore. Everytime i receive the same error message "server host has left the game" even if i still see 10+ people on the server (not full).
What's happening? i'm not the only one: i noticed multiple people with this issue in the italian community and also on Keen Discord chat (PS).

Hello, yes, still I can't join any server and i receive the error message "server has left the game" (actually in Italian, but that's it); i just downloaded and installed the new update, but the problem keeps happening.

Hello! i tried from all possibile ways to enter:
they all get the same result. :( still keeps saying "Accesso in corso" (Connecting in progress) and then the error message, a countdown, and restarts with "accesso in corso" (connection in progess) in a continuous loop.

We're investigating the connectivity issues, we will update this thread when we know more.
Some players have managed to connect by leaving the game to reconnect for some time, you could try that as a temporary solution.

i'll try within the day... yesterday and the day before it kept in loop for at least 4 hours (from 8pm to midnight) with no solution.

Tried again: still no way to access any kind of server; may it be dedicated, official EOS-EU, or whatever. still the same message appears and stays in loop trying to connect forever.

ok thank you. We expect a quick solution, as many people like me bought this game full price to have it 50% malfunctioning (multiplayer part).
PS: anyways i couldn't join any server, not just EOS.maybe EOS deals with all servers connection tunneling?

Hello! Now it works.
There are multiple “connection lost” and lag issues, but it’s a different problem i guess: for this ticket i can successfully login to the server.
