Hello, I wanted to start by congratulating you for this great game, since the 1.02 update of ps4 & ps5 I can't connect to my nitrated server or another server, I called my internet company to solve it for me, but in fact I use my mobile data as a wifi point if I can enter the server, the fact is that with other games I have no problem playing online from my router, thanks in advance.

For 3 minutes maximum I left it waiting to connect, so there are more people with the same problem? Should I leave it longer trying to get it to connect?

Please try letting it attempt to reconnect for longer.

Could you please tell us if you're connecting to the server via the Favorites tab? If yes, could you try the Server tab instead?

I tried it in the 3 ways, pressing continue in the start menu, in the servers tab and in the favorites tab,I will try to leave it loading for more time so that it connects and I will inform you as soon as possible, if you need me to check other ways I would be delighted, not only do you provide a great game you also provide very good support, thank you very much.

Hello again, there are still problems with some mods, something that is normal, this time you can search for the conflicting mod, delete it and resume the game without problems, it is also possible to play online without any problem, the same as before does not happen anymore with an infinite load, sometimes the ps4 error blue screen appears and the application closes, it seems to be due to some conflicting mod, but it is solved by deleting it, otherwise the technical support is wonderful and how quickly you solve the problem, thank you very much

Thank you very much for letting us know and your kind words. Unfortunately individual mods are supported by mod creators, there's not much we can do from our side.

Crashes are automatically reported to our internal system, we're addressing them as they come.
