If you use the flashlight the rendering issues will disappear. Maybe this info helps in finding a fix for the bug.

During the patching process, this problem stopped happening completely on the latest version.

Happening on both currently. But with the latest update seems to go away when i turn the flashlight on and off again. (i've made a comment on the Xbox support portal aswell)
