Crash during Official server load in.

Won't Fix

Logging into Official server, Keen US-EOS #11 that has character logged off in Cryo.

Loading screen progresses to 100% then drops back down to 50%, MOTD loads in but can not be closed, then game client crashes.

Does not happen on other servers that have not been played.

Update on this, if you are experiencing the same issue. But will require an in-game friend able to turn off your cryo chamber or an admin to force respawn you.


After looking at the common factors, it seems to be a bug with logging out in a cryo chamber. Unknown if its graphics caused because of the location of the cryo chamber, but was able to determine it with a server admin's help. The issue resolved itself once the character respawned outside the cryo chamber.

Is there server admins on official server I think I'm having same problem on official it disconnected me when was building lastnight and everytime it loads into that server it crashes and haven't been able to get back on since..

The bug is easily replicated, logging out in a Cryo Chamber. Unknown to the cause yet; the in game character MUST die before logging back in without a bluescreen crash. Almost as if the characters avatar info corrupts.

Unfortunately we've been unable to reproduce the issue on our side.

Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue and restart the game immediately after the crash
  2. Press triangle on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it. Please don't forget this step as we cannot find your logs without it.
