PS5 version crashing during gameplay

I have encountered a few bugs that I will list:


I had a game crashing bug that took place when I reached the top of a mountain in the earthlike planet (on a dedicated nitrado server I made...only player online) while trying to scout around for some ice. I was just running up the mountain and about reached the top when it froze and would not do anything. I tried to go to the main desktop view on the PS5 but it would not load either. I had to try and force the PS5 to shut down but after about 40 seconds I got the crash screen and was able to submit the error. I attempted to load the game back into the dedicated server. It would get to the message of the day in the server and crash again...not fully loading the game graphics in.


Restarted the PS5 and the server fixed the crashing but it moved my character back to the base at the base of the mountain with a cleared inventory.


Another bug I have found is if you run out of H2 in the jetpack while you are moving across land you will not lose momentum despite running into the ground or other obstacles until you die.

Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue and restart the game immediately after the crash
  2. Press triangle on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it. Please don't forget this step as we cannot find your logs without it.
