Thank you for contacting us.
When you say that you can't change the volume, does it mean you are not able to move sliders or that sliders have on effect on the volume?
If it is the first one, then I would suggest to use D-pad to control the slider and hold the required direction for a while, it takes a moment for slider to start moving.
