I have noticed this also, even with small entities.
I will get close to the entrance, hit the open button and get a screen freeze that lasts about 2 seconds and then catches up. This is happening in offline mode so I don’t think it is latency. Ps5 needs optimization in general, and more ability for us to scale graphics settings.
