Game crashes whenever I try to load a save or create a new world

Not a Bug

so as the title says every time i try and make a new world or load one it just gets to 44%then says unloading world and I've tried a few things like uninstalling it then re installing it I've tried resetting my ps4 I've tried deleting the save data from the game but it all end the same way with the game not letting me make a world (SE1) and same thing with going into the character it says unloading world and then sends me back to the main menu anything that could help fix this would be greatly appreciated

a quick update for my problem now instead of unloading world it just straight up crash's the whole game and send me back to ps home

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please let us know if you're seeing a PlayStation system error or just crashing to the Home screen?

Let's try submitting logs.

Reproduce the issue by attempting to start a world with default settings and restart the game after the crash
In the Main Menu press triangle
Select Send Log tab
Enter some information into the window and press Send Log
Enter the same information in this thread so we can find your logs in our internal system
