Unable to load save files or create a new one

Need More Information

PS4 user here. Currently, I am unable to load, create, or join a world. Upon attempting to enter a world from any menu, the game either crashes immediately giving a system error code (CE-34878-0), or it enters a normal loading screen and proceeds normally until it freezes at the 44% mark. I have attempted solving the issue by deleting and reinstalling the game, deleting the settings file, and multiple system resets, but the issue still persists. The first time I noticed this particular issue was when attempting to join a server, after which nothing has loaded successfully.

P.S.: I checked Reddit and it seems others have had this issue before, but none of the proposed solutions were successful in my case.
