Thank you for letting us know. Could you please check for us if the issue is present on a new unmodded Lone Survivor save by placing a new rotor block and checking if the issue is present? As far as we're aware, it was resolved in a hotfix on version 205.025 b1.

Hi, I can confirm the issue exists in survival clean save, no mods nor creative tools used.
