After a few hours of play the game crashed and I cannot start it since. (Ps5)

I pre-ordered the game on ps5. I put 3 hours in the game so far. I wanted to save and it suddenly crashed and I can't even start the game since because it crashes after the intro video. I tried deleting and redownloading it but nothing worked.
