Space Engineers PS5 Constant Crashes (CE-108255-1)

Hello Keen Software House,

I’m writing because I’m experiencing constant crashes in Space Engineers on PlayStation 5, and unfortunately the game has become almost unplayable for me.

The game crashes after approximately 5 minutes of gameplay. Before each crash, it freezes for a few seconds and then closes with PlayStation error CE-108255-1.

I have already tried:

• Completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
• Creating multiple brand-new survival worlds (the issue happens in every one).
• Making sure both the game and my PS5 system software are fully up to date.

Other demanding games, such as Arma Reforger, run perfectly on my PS5 without any crashes, so I don’t believe this is a hardware issue.

I really love Space Engineers and have been looking forward to getting into it. That’s why this is so frustrating—right now I can barely play for five minutes before it crashes, which makes the game effectively unplayable for me.

Could you please let me know if this is a known issue or if there are any additional troubleshooting steps I can try? If needed, I’m happy to provide more information, crash reports, or videos to help identify the problem.
