Playstation 4 and 5 Signal Pack

I bought the Playstation 4 version of the game a long time ago, and I bought the Playstation 4 Space Engineers: Signal Pack on June 1st of 2024. No problems until I got my Playstation 5 Pro in January of 2025 and got access to the Playstation 5 version of the game, Space Engineers: Signal Pack is the only DLC from the Playstation 4 version that it is telling me to re-buy for the Playstation 5 version. Sony has not helped me resolve this issue so I'm making a ticket here after a year of not knowing what to do. Photo is the receipt, if you need an Image of the Playstation 5 store page for the pack I can send it but I can't access it right now.

Sorry about the long wait in reply, email did not update me about a reply and have been very busy.
My account is in the North America region.
I did recently talk to someone from Sony but they passed over the issue when they saw that the purchase was on Playstation 4 and not 5. Even though all other add-ons for the Playstation 4 version were credited to the Playstation 5 version. Thank you for keeping this ticket open and listening to the problem that I currently am having with Sony.
