Can't access Mod.io on PS4 anymore

Need More Information

Exactly what the title says, all it shows is 'the connection to the server has timed out'. Did psn shut down the PS4 mod.io portal? I can still technically access the list of maps and mods from the workshop browser, I just can't access the main website for mod.io anymore.

Thank you for reaching our portal with this issue.

Could you please let us know if the issue persists for you? There was a Cloudflare outage a few days ago that could've affected mod.io portal or PSN this way.

Are you able to access the website just using the console browser?

So, I did try to log into PSN thru the Mod.io website and it didn't work...at this point, I'm worried that someone in Playstation is blocking the login for Mod.io as I can still install and play with mods for my game...though, Steam workshop maps cause my game to download pc mods as well...not sure what to do about that as I get stuck at 20% of the load screen when loading the "No Suit Survival" map....

Could you please elaborate on the Steam workshop maps? Those are not supposed to be available for PlayStation and neither are Steam mods.

It is the "No Suit Survival start" map by onwen95, when I started the map, it attempted to download multiple mods. I could tell this due to me choosing to start on the "Home System" map instead and seeing mods that I didn't download before had been added to the mod list that I could add to my game.

Thanks for the information. We checked that world, it only contains mod.io mods. We can note that if you've reached the loading screen, it means your console has finished downloading mods.

We can recommend trying to leave the game to load for a slightly longer time. Alternatively you can find that world in the Load Game screen and attempt removing one mod at a time to see which one is causing the loading issues.

Are you able to publish saves/blueprints to mod.io? Unfortunately we really can't help with the mod.io portal issue since it uses the console's browser and is outside of the game.

Thank you for the clarification on mod.io regardless. As for publishing my saves, I didn't know I could even do that honestly, there's no mention of console players being able to do that, only mentions of pc players. As for blueprints, I have no idea how to do that either. When I searched online to see if I could add something to mod.io, everything I found said I needed the pc version of the game to even attempt this.

Publishing saves is available in the Load Game menu. Publishing blueprints is available in the Blueprint screen. Hope this helps!
