I was playing on Keen EU 4 server and now it wont let me or anybody else connect to the server!!!!!

Hi there your server keen eu 4 is having issues and wont let me rejoin!! My friend is having the same issue with the server! It allows me to join other servers but why isnt keen eu 4 working! All of my hard work is there and I cant access it! Why isnt it working? Please fix it!!
