Whole faction learning, at the same time.

Good day to you.
Add the ability at the server level to enable / disable the study of blocks and the development of knowledge at once to all members of a particular faction at the same time. This can be implemented as a certain distance (all members of the faction who is within a certain radius of the member of the faction that built the block will learn and remember the knowledge what was build) and at any point of the galaxy at any distance for member's that are online and are on the server (in order not to build the same block to each member of the faction).
