Wheels not reaching max speed with low friction

Hey there!
So.. I have noticed, that if i set wheels to low friction, they won't reach top speed at all, instead of slowly getting there. Even downhill they won't pass 50m/s when set to 30% friction. I'm not sure if it works on voxel, but it's definitly case for wheel-block contact.
