Wheels explode at high speeds

At speeds like 60-70 m/s, wheels explode while driving.
Happens to me while driving on Earth-like planet's North Pole, where snow makes a good high speed driving terrain. I guess it may also happen on worse terrains.
In another report, it is tagged as "fixed" but it still happens.
