(VST) World Outliner - Show entities in .SBC with <Name> tag.

Basically the title, the world outliner looks pretty useful.
One of the things that is a bit of a disconnect is I add a <Name> to things using the IST but then I forget what I named something or IF I named something, it would be really handy if anything with a populated <Name> tag showed up in the outliner :)
