(VST) Button to open world for editing WITHOUT running scripts.

Hey guys,
So I wanted to open my world up for editing and realised that there is no option to do so from the tool that will stop my scripts running.
I know I can just unhook them, however, it would be much better to add an option that I can just click that will prevent any of them running yet does save changes made to the scenario world on save (but has autosave turned off by default! we've all been there :D and had to find a backup).
