Volume Sliders For Weather Effects

There seems to be no way to turn down weather effect volume ingame without turning down "sound effects" which personally I would like to hear while playing.
Mainly suggesting this as the rain effect is incredibly loud. So loud that I cannot even hear my hand drill (possibly one of the loudest things in the game) over the rain.
