[v1.199.025 (default)] Can't Apply Caution Material to Blast Door Block

Strangely, some materials cannot be applied to the blast door block such as the caution material. This seems strange to me that of all the materials, the caution material cannot be applied.
To clarify, technically the material is applied, but what I mean is that the caution material doesn't show properly on the block.
I like this feedback
