Uses for lightning

I believe that instead of assuming lightning as only a destructive force we could also see it used as some sort of power source also. Lightning rods in-game could have a higher chance to get struck to mediate lightning from hitting your structures. Also with this, a lightning rod comes in to harness the power of lightning and use it as power generation.
