Use closest spawn to player as default highlighted spawn.

Right now upon death, when spawn selection is enabled, the spawn at the top of the list is highlighted - usually causing a different sector of the map to load in.
This is bad for server performance, and annoying for the player, unless it happens to be the the correct spawn at the top of the list.
Please rather than selecting the spawn at the top of the list, select the spawn closest to the player.
Usually, the player will want to spawn at the closest location, this way they can just press "respawn" without needing to wait for the incorrect area to stream, click on the closest correct spawn, then wait again before spawning.
