Update the Steam forum pages

On the Steam troubleshooting page: https://steamcommunity.com/app/244850/discussions/6/
There is the pinned message saying support has moved. Players do not read the pinned messages.
Suggestion to put more than just "Space Engineers" in the title of the page. Something like "Space Engineers. Troubleshooting has been moved to Keenswh.com. Post your message there."
