Update Planet Generation technology

The planets seem boring and pretty much the same. How about adding planets with variety for example: A better planet would one that consists of dense forest, A red wood forest, plains, deserts, Oceans, lakes (with real water obviously), polar ice caps, and some islands.
The earth like planet is very outdated and does not feel full fledged for 2021 so I hope you guys can implement new planet generation tech that will of course benefit other planets/moons.
Also it is possible to add water as its seen in mods so please freaking add it already!!! Its really frustrating that you devs drag it on as a joke! So please just add water already!!
