Unique skin for the decorative pack

The massive backlash over the dlc is from the fact that it gives functional blocks. If it only gave cosmetics, like skins, I think it would've been much more accepted. So yeah, I think skins in dlc would be a great idea. For paid dlc that can't be universally used, letting it have items that affect the balance of the game is a cardinal sin. For GOOD dlc, it should be limited to cosmetic, or "Sidegrade" items.
