Transfer charge from suit to battery

If you have a rover which runs out of battery, and you can't get it back to base to recharge, it's pretty weird to have to build another battery on it and just use the starting charge from that. It would make sense to be able to use suit power to charge the battery.
I imagine you probably wouldn't get much power out of it for balance reasons, but it would be handy in a pinch, and it seems like a fair tradeoff.
