timer block max. delay sequence is 1 second

in the timer block settings you can set the delay in 0.1 steps. However the game cant handle them and if you reload the world the value is set back to the first value of the number.
For example 4.9 bcomes 4.0
5.1 becomes 5.0
1.5 becomes 1
etc. pp.
