Thrust makes grid make a short duration antenna like signal

So that movement isnt invisible and requires a large visible antenna to spot movement.
Also, to balance for thust magnitude, ship with less than say 2 large ion thrusters worth of thrust would get spotted at less than full range of the antenna. Bigger thrust at longer ranges....
