Survival Tutorial in Game

While I have no idea if this has been suggested or not I'm going to suggest it anyway.

A sort of Tutorial mode for survival (or even the "free" mode) in game would be Immensely helpful, like your landing pod drops on a nice FLAT plain (ugh not a mountain top or cliffside al thou those could be good for information(or maybe a hot key the HUD to respawn your drop location if you do), like the video's but in game guidance like " lets build a platform or lets drill " sort of thing, I'm pretty sure anyone who has played a FPS out there knows about movement commands on a Keyboard so that could be boiled down to land/air/space moving in a few extra lines of words instead of separate listings, guiding a new players through building the blocks to height of turbines to efficient placement of "buildings" can introduce players to the chute system all while in game instead of linking to a youtube video in game. It would be immensely helpful for new players to learn these things in game with simplified menus opening as you progress (like to start you get enough iron to build 1 block basic and then from there it suggests that if you want to improve it further you will need more iron ore and proceed to introduce drilling, depositing and refining that ore into ingots etc etc, from there you can suggest how to build a base of sorts best placement for blocks for your first power generator(wind turbines) informing of hazards you should look out for when placing them or suggesting poor placements so that they fall over and pointing out WHY they fell over, then proceeding to suggest modifying your drop pod to be come a basic mining ship to make gathering resources faster and more efficient, you could have one for space and building your first platform to being on a planet (earth being the easy one should be a good starting point for new players) from there you can introduce the unknown beacons all the while new blocks are introduced from basic thrusters to launching into space. Jsut a thought being a new player and getting highly frustrated that things arent working as they should via the in game icons. Feel free to call me a fool or obtuse for not understanding.
