Survival sugestions

Hi,

I have checked out the new blocks briefly yesterday, and I must say this opens up new possibilities for game play.. my suggestion would be the following:

When on a hot and dusty planet shrouded in cloud cover, there is no way in using solar panels as there will be almost no sunlight, and due to the hot planet you would need to travel to the poles to get ice for your hydrogen. Winds fluctuate, you need enough battery capacity for those days where there is not enough wind to sustain all your systems. As player you need to switch off some equipment to preserve power (maybe even use a script which switches off certain equipment automatically when winds are low) You charge up your ship to get some ice at the poles so you can enable the backup hydrogen generators...

Or you would be on a planet with plenty of sun, but barely any wind so you need to solely rely on solar panels for everything..but again, those cloudy days will force you to have backup.

Uranium needs to be more scarce. You need to build a multiple stage rocket to get into space to get enough uranium or you would need to dig down for 1,5 kilometer.

It needs to be harder to obtain if people are to use more solar/wind/hydrogen.

When sun/and wind is fluctuating where some days there is hardly any, people will automatically start looking for hydrogen as backup.

Currently in survival we NEVER use hydrogen. A combination of atmospheric thrusters and ion thrusters works fine and you can use uranium which is plenty available. Also solar panels are nice for the first hour of the game, after that you will have enough uranium to sustain everything and there is no need for them anymore.

When uranium is REALLY scarce and hard to obtain, you would even need solar panels on your ships to be able to get around in space..
