[Suggestion] Oxygen/steam Reaction Control System

I would love to see a small black (1x1x1) that acts as a reaction control system and/or Vernier thrusters.
I would choose for an oxygen (or steam) option. Maybe make higher tiered one ion and then hydrogen. Although, a real life rocket doesn't use it's hydrogen engines for small corrections. I think they need to be a lot more effective outside a gravity well though. And I would love to see both a single direction internal option for large grids and a external multi directional option for small grids.
